General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer

Ms. Forman joined Raith Capital Partners in 2022 as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.  She has spent nearly twenty-one years in various senior legal and compliance roles in the investment management industry.  Prior to joining Raith, Ms. Forman served as Chief Compliance Officer (previously Deputy Chief Compliance Officer) of Stone Point Credit, the credit platform of Stone Point Capital and its business development company, Stone Point Credit Corporation.  Previously, Ms. Forman served as Senior Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Registered Funds at NorthStar Asset Management Inc., and as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Registered Funds, at its successor, Colony Capital, Inc., both real estate asset managers.  Earlier in her career, Ms. Forman was General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, Director of Human Resources and Secretary of Harris & Harris Group, Inc., a publicly traded venture capital company regulated as a business development company. She also worked at Skadden Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom as an Associate and Proskauer LLP as a Senior Counsel.

Ms. Forman received a Juris Doctorate from UCLA School of Law where she was a member of the Order of the Coif . She received a Bachelor of Arts from New York University where she was a member of the Journalism National Honor Society.
